摘要
在热工保护系统中通常有共用取样点、单点信号源、共用模件等装置,由于现场工作环境恶劣,这些装置时常会发生故障导致机组跳闸,给机组的安全稳定运行埋下隐患。通过实际故障案例的归类分析,给出了改进方法,根据热工保护系统要"杜绝拒动,防止误动"的原则,提出了提高热工保护系统可靠性的措施。
There are always these devices in traditional thermal control protection system such as common sampling points,single-point signal source,common modules etc.Because of the severe on-site working environment,faults of these devices often occur and lead to unit trips and hidden trouble for the safe and stable operation of units.Through the classification analysis of the actual fault cases,this paper brings forward the improvement methods.The measures are also provided to improve the reliability of thermal control protection system according to the system principle of "preventing refusing action and misoperation".
