摘要
新建机组的热控误动有60%来自于安装和调试,因此在基建工程阶段开展热控系统可靠性过程控制非常必要。介绍了基建工程中开展热控系统可靠性控制的方法,分析了热工测点、取样系统、控制设备安装位置、电缆接线、接地等对控制系统可靠性的影响。
During commissioning, because of poor installation and tune, there are sixty percent of unit trip caused by control system malfunctions, so the I & C system reliability process control is necessary in the capital construction stage. In this paper, the reliability process control methods is introduced, and the influence on control system reliability is analyzed, such as measure point, piping system, control equipment installation, cable and connection, grounding, etc.
