摘要
针对国电新疆库尔勒发电有限公司的#1机组EH油系统在调试期间存在的无法建立EH系统油压、EH油压力突降、隔膜阀油无压或EH压力低等问题,通过对故障现象的分析和理论研究,结合现场会技术人员的工作经验,提出并实施了溢流阀、单向阀等一系列改进措施,使EH油系统调试顺利完成,提高了机组运行的安全性,为同类机组EH油系统调试提供参考。
In this paper,aiming at problems in the EH oil system of #1 unit of Korla Power Generation Co.,Ltd.during the commissioning process,such as the inability to establish the EH system oil pressure,the EH oil pressure sudden drop,the diaphragm valve oil pressure,or the low EH pressure,the analysis of the phenomenon of failure and theoretical research have been made.Combining with the working experience of technicians at the site,a series of improvement measures such as relief valves and one-way valves are proposed and implemented,which enable the smooth completion of the EH oil system commissioning,and improve the safety of the unit operation.Providing reference for the commissioning to EH oil system in similar units.
