摘要
目前半自动移栽机劳动强度高且作业效率低,全自动移栽机零配件多、价格高、稳定性差。基于此,文章提出了基于电气控制的自动移栽机取苗和送苗控制系统,设计了取苗和送苗系统控制方案,提高了配合精度和农业机械的自动化水平,简化了传统全自动移栽机工作部件。
For semi-automatic transplanting machine high labor intensity,low efficiency and automatic transplanting machine spare parts,and the price is high,poor stability problem,put forward based on the electrical control of automatic take seedlings and seed‐lings transplanting machine control system,this paper designed the seedlings and seedlings feeding system control scheme,improves the matching precision and automatization level of agricultural machinery,simplify the traditional automatic transplanting machine working parts.
