摘要 基于组合振动导苗筒式移栽机工作过程,运用数理统计方法分析了栽植机构送苗、落苗过程中钵苗运动随机误差,得出株距误差动态模型。分析表明,栽植过程中随机误差主要与送苗盘转速不稳定性、投苗初始角变化以及钵苗与导苗筒摩擦因数变化有关。 Based on the working principle of the 2ZB seedling transplanter with vibrating guiding tube, the random errors of seedling distance in row in the process of seedling dropping and falling to the ground were analyzed by the theory of mathematical statistics. The dynamic error model of the seedling distance in row was put forward. Analysis showed that the random errors of the transplanting device were related to random factors caused by instability of the rotating speed of the delivering plate, the changes of seedling dropping position and the variety of the friction parameter between seedling and the guiding tube.
