摘要
针对水稻植质钵育乳苗栽植的技术要求,研制出水稻植质钵育乳苗栽植机。以国产延吉六行插秧机为对象,分别对栽植机纵向进给机构、横向进给机构、分秧支撑切割装置、钵苗分秧定位装置和栽植后残屑处理进行了台架试验、组装后整机模拟试验,并连续多年进行了生产性试验,达到了水稻钵育乳苗栽植技术要求,其中:伤秧率1.8%;勾秧率2.0%;漏插率3.2%;均匀度合格率94.6%。为改装其他类型的插秧机提供了参考的技术参数。
