摘要
设计了一种新型高速水稻插秧机分插机构——正齿行星轮分插机构 ,其传动部分由 3个全等的椭圆齿轮和 4个全等的圆齿轮组成 ,对该机构的工作原理和结构特点进行了分析 ,并对其运动学特性作了理论分析和计算机模拟 ,利用高速摄像技术对机构运动学分析进行了试验验证 ,为机构进一步优化提供理论依据。
A new type of separating-planting mechanism for a high performance rice transplanter was put forward, and its transmission system was composed of three same elliptical gears and four same circular gears. Working principle and structural feature of this mechanism were analyzed, its kinematic property was investigated theoretically, and its kinematic locus was simulated by programming on a computer. By high speed digital video camera and its analyzing system, the kinematics of the mechanism was analyzed and the kinematic tests were made, which provided a theoretical basis for further optimizing structure of the mechanism.
