摘要
偏心渐开线齿轮传动设计的纯滚动模型、等转角模型和等分模型存在模型误差。依据偏心渐开线齿轮传动 的几何关系,建立了偏心渐开线齿轮传动的微分方程,提出了偏心渐开线齿轮传动设计的微分模型。分析了偏心 率与最大传动比的关系,对一些设计和分析参数进行了多项式拟合。运用拟合公式可以快速准确地完成分析和设 计,简化了设计和计算过程。微分模型没有模型误差,微分方程的求解存在舍入误差。
The pure rolling model, equal turning angle model and bisection model for the design of eccentric involutes gears transmission have model error. On account of the geometrical relationship of eccentric involutes gears transmission, the differential equation of eccentric involutes gears transmission is established. The differential model for the design of eccentric involutes gears transmission is presented. The relationship between maximum transmission ratio and offset coefficient is analyzed. Some analysis and design parameters are fitted by polynomial. The analysis and design can be completed fast and accurately by using polynomial fitting formals, so the process of analysis and design are simplified. The differential model not has model error. Solving the differential equation has rounding error.
