摘要
在偏心齿轮机构主从动轮角位移函数微分方程已知的基础上,推导得出了该机构重合度函数、两动基圆中心距函数的数学模型.给出了运用MATLAB语言开发该机构角位移函数、传动比函数及重合度函数图形仿真程序的思路并加以实现.提出了由两动基圆中心距函数的仿真曲线确定该中心距最小值进而确定两轮变位系数的交互式图形仿真设计校验方法.最后通过算例予以验证.
First, when the differential equation of the angular displacement about the eccentric gears was given, the function of contact ratio and center distance between the moving base circles were modeled mathematically. The applied programs based on MATLAB language were designed to solve the numerical calculation and graphic simulation about the above-mentioned function of angular displacement, the function of velocity ratio and the function of contact ratio. Finally, two examples were given to verify above-mentioned conclusions.
