摘要
阐述了基于ANSYS的直齿圆锥齿轮建模方法,解决了由于空间渐开线造成直齿圆锥齿轮难以采用六面体单元划分网格的问题,给出了建模和网格划分的一些技巧和建议;提出了ANSYS中齿轮动态接触有限元仿真的实现方法,介绍了求解参数的确定以及算法的选择;最后根据仿真结果提取接触细节信息,得出了齿轮的鼓形修形量。
In this paper the modeling technology based on ANSYS has been proposed.This modeling technology has solved the mesh problem that caused by improper topology construction.Some suggestion and special skills have also been offered.In this paper the dynamic contact FEA of two gears mesh process has been solved.The method of how to chose the research arithmetic and the solving parameters has also been given.
