摘要
为了得到高速插秧机椭圆齿轮行星系分插机构的动力学特性,研制了高速分插机构动力学试验台。在该试验台上,利用扭矩传感器、信号采集仪和相应信号处理软件,测得一个插秧循环中取秧力和链条、分插机构支座受力与行星架转角的关系。
In order to obtain dynamic characteristics of transplanting mechanism with elliptic planetary gears of high-speed rice transplanter, a test bed to measure dynamic parameters for high-speed transplanting mechanism is developed. Based on this test bed, the force to separate seedlings was measured and the relationships between rotary angle of gears trunk and the bearing force of chain and the base of transplanting mechanism were obtained by using torque sensor, information collecting set and information processing software.
