摘要
针对工业生产和制造中圆形工件的圆度误差对零件配合精度的影响,文章设计了一种高精度位移传感器。基于电磁场的工作原理,重点分析传感器内部激励线圈和感应线圈在铁芯移动的情况下磁场的变化。实验结果表明:电感式位移传感器的测量线性度和分辨率与绕制线圈的半径有直接关系。
Aiming at the influence of roundness error of circular work piece on fitting accuracy in industrial production and manufacturing, a high-precision displacement sensor is designed in this paper. Based on the working principle of electromagnetic field, this paper focuses on the analysis of the magnetic field changes of the excitation coil and induction coil in the sensor when the iron core moves.The experimental results show that the measurement linearity and resolution of the inductive displacement sensor are directly related to the radius of the winding coil.
