摘要
为解决较大悬挑跨度消防连廊模板支撑体系支设困难、施工危险、施工周期较长、支设费用较高等问题,提出简支梁法支设悬挑连廊模板支撑体系施工工艺。通过增设简支梁以减少支撑体系悬挑长度,达到满足支撑荷载的模板支撑体系要求,使连廊模板支撑体系施工在经济性、安全性、稳定性等各方面均有显著提升。研究表明:利用简支梁降低支撑悬挑结构可有效解决大悬挑跨度连廊的模板系统施工难题。
In order to solve the problems such as difficult installation,construction risk,long construction period and high installation cost of the formwork support system of the fire extinguishing corridor with large cantilevered span,the construction technology of simply supported beam method for supporting the formwork support system of the cantilevered corridor was put forward.By adding simply supported beams to reduce the cantilever length of the support system,the formwork support system can meet the requirements of the support load,so that the construction of the corridor formwork support system has been significantly improved in economy,safety,stability and other aspects.The results show that using simply supported beams to reduce the cantilever structure can effectively solve the construction problem of the formwork system of the corridor with large cantilever span.
