摘要
建筑装配化是通过工业化方法将工厂制造的工业产品,采用机械化、信息化等工程技术手段,按不同要求进行组合和安装,建成特定建筑产品的一种建造方式,符合建筑业节能减排和可持续发展的要求。详细阐述了国内外建筑装配化发展现状,针对我国目前建筑装配化发展存在的装配化技术研究不成熟、标准体系不完善等问题提出相应的解决对策,最后给出建筑装配化推进与实施几点建议,可为我国建筑装配化的发展提供参考。
Prefabricated construction is a kind of construction method to combine and install industrial products manufactured by industrialization according to different requirements,using mechanical and information engineering methods,in order to build a specific building product. It is in line with the requirements for energy saving and emission reduction and sustainable development of the construction industry. The development status of prefabricated construction at home and abroad was expounded in detail. The corresponding countermeasures to the problems of immature assembly technology and imperfect standard system in the current development of prefabricated construction in China were put forward. Finally,some suggestions for the advancement and implementation of prefabricated construction were given. Suggestions could provide reference for prefabricated construction in China.
