摘要
为解决在施工条件有限情况下大吨位混凝土预制梁吊装的难题,对越南占化水电站闸坝坝顶门机大梁施工进行研究。该工程采用“底层预制加二次现浇叠合”施工方案,解决了在占化水电站中门机吊装问题。由此可知,对于跨越河流、交通干道、桥梁等下部无法布设支撑进行现场浇筑,但吊装又受限的大吨位混凝土桥梁,采用“底层预制加二次现浇叠合”的施工是一个较好的选择。
In order to solve the problem of hoisting large-tonnage concrete precast beams under limited construction conditions,the construction of gantry crane girder at the top of the dam of Zhanhua Hydropower Station in Vietnam was studied.The project adopts the construction scheme of"bottom prefabrication plus secondary cast-in-place superposition",which solves the problem of gantry crane hoisting in Zhanhua Hydropower Station.It can be seen from this that for large tonnage concrete bridges crossing rivers,traffic arteries,bridges and other lower parts that cannot be supported for onsite pouring,but are limited in hoisting,it is a good choice to adopt the construction of"bottom prefabrication plus secondary cast-in-situ composite".
