摘要
在超高层建筑设计中,屋面构架常以悬挑梁的形式出现。为了满足建筑设计造型或屋面装饰荷载需求,屋面构架的结构形式越来越复杂,高度越来越高,梁截面越来越大,给施工带来较多困难和挑战。为了满足屋面超高超长悬挑结构构架及铝板幕墙施工需要,同时坚守质量、安全施工管理底线,拟对本工程典型项目施工技术进行研究,提出设计优化,方案选择,施工组织,施工工艺流程及过程质量、安全控制要点等内容,提炼施工成果,总结经验,为后续类似项目施工提供参考。
In the super high-rise building design,the roof frame often appears in the form of cantilever beam.In order to meet the needs of architectural design or roof decoration load,the structure of roof frame is becoming more and more complex,higher and higher,and the beam section is getting bigger and larger,which brings more difficulties and challenges to the construction.In order to meet the needs of roof super long overhang structure and aluminum plate curtain wall construction,and stick to the quality and safety construction management line,to study the typical project construction technology,put forward design optimization,scheme selection,construction organization,construction process and process quality,safety control points,refining construction achievements,summarize experience,provide reference for subsequent similar project construction.
