新时代工匠精神融入工科类课程教学路径探索--以“水利工程项目管理”课程为例 被引量:10

摘要 “水利工程项目管理”作为水利水电智能管理专业的核心课程,对学生的核心职业能力培养具有重要作用。在课程培养目标中,将新时代工匠精神的培养融入职业精神中,不断培育学生对待专业的执着坚守精神,在专业态度锤炼过程中,将爱岗敬业、精益求精、遵章守纪、改革创新等作为核心品质并融入其中,从而帮助学生实现全面发展,增强核心竞争力。专业课教师要守好一段渠,种好责任田,通过知、情、意、行等维度充分挖掘工匠精神培育元素,从而使学生在掌握专业知识的基础上形成情感认同,逐步转化为学生自身的专业素养品格并付诸实践。 As the core course of water conservancy and hydro-power intelligent management major,Water Conservancy Project Management plays an important role in cultivating students’core vocational ability.According to the course training objectives,the“craftsman spirit”of the new era is to be integrated into the training of students’professionalism to cultivate students’spirit of professional dedication.In the process of professionalism training,the core qualities,such as the love and dedication for work,the positive attitude of constantly striving for perfection,the consciousness of self-discipline,and the strong motivation to reform and innovate,are integrated into the training in order to help students achieve all-round development and enhance their core competitiveness.Professional course teachers should take their responsibility to do a good job in“curriculum ideological and political education”,ex plore how to train the“craftsman spirit”among students in the aspects of knowledge imparting,emotion education,spiritual education and practice,so that students can form the sense of identity while acquiring professional knowledge,gradually become qualified with good professional qualities,and be able to put them into practice.
