摘要
新时代高校大学生专业素养的培育关系未来中国特色社会主义建设事业发展目标的实现。特别是对于支撑国民经济的制造业来说,高素质的专业人才队伍是实现其发展的重要保证。高校在大学生专业素养培育的过程中应该融入新时代工匠精神。新时代工匠精神与大学生专业素养培育过程中,高校应该坚持理实相融、校企融合、专业性与地域性结合和线上线下结合的四项基本原则。全员融通、全过程融通和全方位融通是新时代工匠精神与大学生专业素养培育相融通的三条实现路径,这对于着力培育具有较强创新创业能力的新时代劳动者、培养中国特色社会主义可靠接班人具有重要的现实意义。
The development of college students’specialty literacy in the new era plays an important role in realizing the development target for the cause of the socialism with Chinese characteristics.Especially for the manufacturing industry that supports the national economy,a team of highly qualified professionals is an important guarantee for its development.In the process of developing students’specialty literacy in the university,the craftsmanship spirit in the new era should be integrated into it.In the process of developing both craftsmanship spirit in the new era and college students’specialty literacy,we should adhere to the following four basic principles:the integration of ideal and reality,the integration of university and enterprise,the integration of professionalism and localization,and the online and offline integration.The all-staff integration,the whole-process integration,and the all-round integration are the three implementation paths to achieve the integration between the cultivation of craftsmanship spirit in the new era and the development of college student’s specialty literacy.It is also of great significance for developing the laborers with stronger ability of creation and innovation in the new era and the reliable successors of the socialism with Chinese characteristics.
