摘要
产教融合背景下地方应用型大学建设发展的根本出发点在于人才培养模式的改革,而为实现这一变化,首要任务应是在高水平应用型大学建设的价值逻辑基础上,厘清产教融合变革下地方应用型大学建设、专业建设与人才培养的影响关系与内核。然而,当前应用型高校在人才培养理念改革方面还存在着片面思维导向、应用型人才培养教育内外关系离散冲突程度高、人才培养目标不断被冲击变化等问题,严重阻碍了高水平应用型大学的发展与改革之路。
The fundamental starting point of the construction and development of Local Application-oriented Universities under the background of the integration of industry and education is the reform of talent training mode.In order to realize this change,the first task should be to clarify the relationship and core of the construction of Local Application-oriented Universities,specialty construction and talent training on the basis of the value logic of the construction of high-level application-oriented universities.However,there are still some problems in the reform of talent training concept in application-oriented universities,such as one-sided thinking orientation,high degree of discrete conflict between internal and external relations of application-oriented talent training and education,and constantly changing talent training objectives,which seriously hinder the development and reform of high-level application-oriented universities.
