摘要
新工科助力高等教育强国建设,推动高校加快体制机制创新。依据新工科发展形势与要求,基于工程教育专业认证的标准和要求,开展研究OBE(Outcome-based Education,OBE)理念下产教融合协同培养应用型人才。OBE理念结合产教融合进一步构建人才培养体系、实践/实验课程体系建设、闭环质量监控与强化持续改进等方面,结合应用型人才实践教学范例,阐述OBE理念下产教融合在石油与化工专业群应用型人才培养中的地位和作用,实现实践教学改革与完善。OBE理念下产教融合实现高校转型升级,满足企业对应用型人才的需求,实现校企优势互补。
New engineering helps the construction of a powerful country in higher education and promotes universities to accelerate the innovation of institutional mechanisms.According to the development situation and requirements of'new engineering',based on the standards and requirements of engineering education professional certification,this paper studies the collaborative training of applied talents under the concept of OBE(Outcome-based Education,OBE).This study expounds the status and role of the integration of production and education under the OBE concept in the cultivation of applied talents in the petroleum and chemical engineering specialty group from the aspects of the construction of talent training system,the construction of experimental course system,the closed-loop quality monitoring and the strengthening of continuous improvement,combined with the practical teaching examples of applied talents.Under the OBE concept,the integration of production and education realizes the transformation and upgrading of colleges and universities,meets the needs of enterprises for applied talents,and realizes the complementary advantages of schools and enterprises.
