摘要
地方高校肩负着为地方培养高素质人才,为区域经济社会发展提供科技与智力支撑的重要使命。该文从地方高校一流化工专业建设入手,分析了地方高校专业建设存在的问题,介绍了桂林理工大学化工一流专业建设的路径和策略,简述了在构建产学研一体化人才培养模式和“平台+模块”人才培养新体系等方面的有益探索与实践,以及专业建设取得的成效,以期为地方高校化工专业建设提供一些参考。
Local universities shoulder the significant mission of cultivating high-quality talents for the local area and providing technological and intellectual support for regional economic and social development.This article starts with the construction of first-class chemical engineering majors in local universities,analyzes the problems existing in the construction of local universities'majors,introduces the construction path and strategies of Guilin University of Technology's first-class chemical engineering majors,and briefly describes the beneficial exploration and practice in building an integrated talent cultivation model of industry,academia,and research,as well as the new system of“platform+module”talent cultivation,as well as the achievements of professional construction,to provide some reference for the construction of chemical engineering majors in local universities.
