摘要
家校合作是指在学校和家庭之间形成教育合力,且相互协作、相互支持的教育形式,它是实现超常儿童教育目标的重要途径。基于家校合作视角,文章论述了超常儿童教育中家校合作的重要意义、理论基础及效用机制。同时,按照超常儿童教育中家校合作的四种类型——家庭教育指导、学校生活参与、家校互动沟通和社区融合协作,归纳并分析了国内外超常儿童教育中家校合作的实践路径和现实困境,建议推进我国超常儿童教育的专业师资队伍建设,关注超常儿童社会与情感问题的家校合作内容,引导超常儿童父母合理期待,并完善我国超常儿童教育中的家校合作模式,以实现超常儿童全面发展、身心健康和终生成才的教育目标。
Home-school cooperation is a form of education in which school and family form joint educational force to cooperate and support each other.It is an important way to achieve the educational goals of gifted children.Based on the perspective of home-school cooperation,this paper discussed the significance,theoretical basis and effective mechanism of home-school cooperation in the education of gifted children.At the same time,according to four types of home-school cooperative education in gifted children,including the guidance of family education,participation in school life,interactive communication between family and school,as well as community integration and collaboration,this paper summarized and analyzed the practical paths and practical difficulties of home-school cooperation in gifted children education at home and abroad.Suggestions were put forward including promoting professional teachers’construction for gifted children education,paying more attention to the social and emotional problems in home-school cooperation,reducing parents’overly high expectation of gifted children,and improving the home-school cooperation model,so as to achieve the educational goals of all-round development,physical and mental health and lifelong success of gifted children.
