摘要
英国作为融合教育的引领者,为保障残障学生接受高等教育的基本权利,形成了系统完备的内外部学业支持服务体系并呈现明显的特点:以学生为中心的个性化;以法律、资金为推力的制度化;支持服务方式的多样化;全社会紧密合作的系统化。在我国高等教育普及化发展的今天,需要贯彻个性化的融合教育理念、完善法律制度与资金的服务保障机制、提供多样化的学业支持服务内容、构建系统化的学业支持服务体系,使残障大学生得到更好的发展。
As a leader in inclusive education,the UK has formed a comprehensive internal and external academic support service system to protect the basic rights of students with disabilities to receive higher education.Its inclusive provision presents distinctive characteristics:student-centered individualization,institutionalization driven by law and funds,diversification of support service methods and systematization of close cooperation in the whole society.With the popularization of higher education in China,it is necessary to have a personalized inclusive service concept,improve the mechanism for ensuring institutional and financial support,provide diversified academic support services,and build a systematic academic support service system to guarantee college students with disabilities a better development.
