摘要
本文以吉林省为例分析了残疾人自主就业创业的政策支持和实施效果,指出残疾人自主就业创业的现状及存在的问题,并为扶持残疾人自主就业创业、巩固拓展脱贫攻坚成果提出几点建议:全面加强残疾人就业的政策支持;构建和完善残疾人就业服务体系;鼓励探索新兴灵活的就业模式;精准提供技能培训;扶持残疾人创业品牌,加强品牌培育。
Taking Jilin province as an example,this paper analyzes the policy support provided to people with disabilities in their employment/self-employment and its effect in implementation,as well as its current situation and existing problems.Suggestions are put forward to support the employment/self-employment of people with disabilities so as to consolidate and expand the achievements in poverty alleviation,including comprehensively strengthening the policy support for their employment,constructing and improving employment service system,encouraging the exploration of new and flexible employment models,providing targeted skills training,providing aid to startup brands and strengthening brand cultivation.
