摘要
文章介绍了“数控编程与加工”课程教学改革,包括:以典型数控铣削加工为例,设计了包括工艺分析与加工方案制定、数控程序编制和仿真、三维数控实验平台的机械结构和伺服驱动的认知、零件实物加工、加工成品检测、程序完善和分析的教学项目;融合了线上线下混合式教学模式;建立了学生分组合作、讨论、汇报和组间互鉴互评机制;建立了“以组为单位定排名区间,以个人为单位定贡献差值”的分组考核方法等。教学效果表明,该项课程改革提高了学生的实践能力,提升了教学团队的业务水平。
Teaching reform in“NC programming and processing”course is introduced.Taking a typical NC milling as an example,this reform has constructed a teaching project with six components,which includes technics analysis and processing scheme formulation,NC codes programming and simulation,perception in mechanical structure and servo drive of 3D CNC experimental platform,physical processing,finished product inspection,program improvement and analysis.Blended online and offline teaching model is adopted.Effective mechanism in which students work in group to discuss problems,report solutions and evaluate them mutually is establishe.To assess grouped students’learning performances,a method which determines ranking range in groups and contribution difference in individual is set up.It is indicated that the reform has not only enhanced students’practical abilities effectively,but also promoted professional skill of teaching team.
