韩国的世界一流大学发展计划:BK21工程被引量：16

摘要当前世界各国都在积极探索发展世界一流大学的成功道路。韩国政府的尝试是于1999年4月开始实施至2005年年底结束的BK21工程。这个7年工程的实施获得了巨大成功,使韩国在发展世界一流大学的道路上大步迈进。研究这个已经被证明卓有成效的世界一流大学发展计划,对中国创世界一流大学而言有实际的借鉴意义。
