摘要
为了满足神华铁路货车状态修的需求,更准确预测出车列、车辆、部件的真实状态,必须对车辆走行进行全数据分析;利用双中台技术,进一步提高数据服务能力,让数据活起来,让数据用起来。为了实现数据驱动状态修的目标,对车辆检修工艺、运用规程等业务进行深入研究,目的是完整地将业务数据化,数据业务化。在神华铁路货车状态修项目研究过程中,在数据治理、数据应用等多方面积累了经验,期望在全路得到广泛应用。
In order to meet the needs of condition based repair of freight cars on Shenhua railway and predict the real state of trains,vehicles and components more accurately,it is necessary to conduct full data analysis on vehicle running.The dual middle platform technology is used to further improve the data service ability,make the data alive and let the data work.In order to achieve the goal of data-driven condition based maintenance,we have conducted in-depth research on vehicle maintenance technology and operation procedures.The purpose is to realize the business datalization,make the data operational completely.In the research process of condition based repair project of Shenhua railway freight cars,experiences have been accumulated in data management and data application,which are expected to be widely used in the whole railway.
