摘要
台区作为电力公司日常运营的基层单元,在电力公司数字化战略落地过程中发挥至关重要的作用。文章通过分析传统台区数字化转型的阻力,提出了台区数字化转型的具体目标和思路,以业务为切入点,从业务数据化、数据线上化、决策智能化3个维度解剖传统台区数字化转型的路径,为台区数字化转型实践提供借鉴。
As the basic unit of the daily operation of the power company,the Taiwan District plays a vital role in the implementation of the power company’s digital strategy.This article analyzes the resistance of traditional digital transformation in Taiwan and proposes specific goals and ideas for digital transformation in Taiwan.With business as the starting point,it dissects the digital transformation of traditional Taiwan from the three dimensions of business digitization,data online,and decision-making intelligence.The path to provide a reference for the practice of digital transformation in Taiwan.
