摘要
分析油气管道维抢修应急管理的现状,提出基于数字化管道维抢修应急管理平台的架构,以提供信息集成化、预案数字化、决策智能化和处置可视化的解决方案,实现对各类应急资源信息的有效整合与统一管理,为管理层制定合理的应急抢险方案提供全面、准确且科学的决策依据。
Through analyzing the current situation of emergency management of oil and gas pipelines,the architecture of the emergency management platform for pipeline maintenance and repair was proposed based on digital pipeline to provide information integration,plan digitization,decision-making intelligence and disposal visualization solutions so as to realize the effective integration and centralized management of all kinds of emergency resources and information,including to provide a comprehensive,accurate and scientific decision-making basis for the management.
