摘要
幼儿园教师具备良好的积极倾听能力,不仅能促进师幼关系,对幼儿的学习与发展产生积极影响,而且能降低自身的职业倦怠感,增进教师和家长的相互理解与合作,进而提高幼儿园教育质量。为了解职前幼儿园教师积极倾听能力现状与影响因素,本研究选取高校学前教育专业本科大四学生和专科大三学生作为研究对象,通过问卷调查发现职前幼儿园教师的积极倾听能力总体处于中等水平,其中“倾听态度”维度得分相对较低;性别、课堂做笔记情况、与父母交流频率、与老师同伴相处情况对职前幼儿园教师的积极倾听能力有显著影响,其中女生,课堂做笔记者,与父母、老师、同伴沟通较好者的积极倾听得分显著较高。办有学前教育专业的高校应重视学生积极倾听能力的培养,努力营造良好的外部人际沟通氛围,提供积极倾听的环境,并重点关注对男生积极倾听态度的培养,鼓励学生在课堂上做笔记。
Active listening ability of kindergarten teachers can not only promote the relationship between teachers and children,but also reduce teachers’job burnout and improve the mutual understanding and cooperation between teachers and parents.To know the current situation and influencing factors of active listening ability of pre-service kindergarten teachers,both senior undergraduate students and junior college students of preschool education major were selected as the main research objects of this study.Through the questionnaire,it’s found that preschool major students’active listening ability is at the medium level,and their score of“the attitude of listening”is relatively low;factors including gender,in-class notes-taking,and their communications with parents,teachers and peers have significant effects on their active listening ability.The scores of female students and students who take notes in class and those who communicate well with their parents,teachers and peers are significantly higher.Therefore,it is necessary to create a good external interpersonal communication atmosphere and an active listening environment for preschool major students,and at the same time great importance should be attached to male students’active listening attitude and students’taking notes in class.
