摘要
大数据技术与公安工作的融合是未来警务模式发展的新趋势,网络安全与执法作为新兴的公安技术专业,如何主动对接公安大数据应用需求,培养出卓越的公安大数据网络安全执法警务人才是一个亟需探究的课题。通过分析培养公安大数据方向网络安全执法警务人才的重要性,剖析原有网络安全与执法人才培养模式中存在的不足,提出地方公安院校与“双一流”大学、公安实战部门和高科技企业联合共建的“校局企”多方协同的人才培养模式,结合各方优势,从专业融合、师资队伍建设、课程体系构建、教学方法和实训模式创新等几方面对新形势下的公安大数据卓越网络安全执法警务人才培养体系进行探索。
The integration of big data technology and public security work is the general trend of the development of police mode in the future.As a new public security technology specialty,network security and law enforcement should actively meet the application needs of public security big data,and cultivate outstanding police talents of public security big data network security law enforcement.This paper analyzes the importance of training network security law enforcement police talent in the big data and the shortcomings of the original network security and law enforcement talent training mode.This paper puts forward a multi-party collaborative talent training model of"school,bureau and enterprise"jointly built by local police colleges,"double first-class"universities,police departments and high-tech enterprises.Combined with the advantages of all parties,this paper explores the training system of police personnel for police law enforcement with outstanding big data in the new situation from the aspects of professional integration,teacher team construction,curriculum system construction,teaching methods and training mode innovation.
