摘要
在新型全球化的推动下,中国积极主动地参与全球治理,各国政府及其执法机构、各国际组织之间通过相互合作,加强警务和国际执法合作联系,其中国际化警务人才发挥了重要作用。各国逐步意识到国际化人才在未来的世界格局上是重要的竞争优势。本文梳理了国内外目前对国际组织人才培养路径,对当前国际化警务人才培养具有一定的启示意义,有助于提高公安高等教育人才培养质量,为我国参与国际警务执法与合作创造更多有利条件。
Driven by the new type of globalization,China has taken an active part in global governance.The governments of various countries and their law enforcement agencies,as well as international organizations,have strengthened police and international law enforcement cooperation through mutual cooperation,among which international police talents have played an important role.Countries are increasingly realizing that international talents will give them a competitive advantage in the future world.This paper summarizes the current international organization talent training path at home and abroad,has certain enlightenment to the current international police talent training.It helps to improve the quality of international talent training of public security higher education and creates more favorable conditions for China to participate in the international police law enforcement and cooperation.
