摘要
明确公安院校转型发展新方向,必须明确公安教育的基本属性、办学定位与人才培养目标,警教融合、协同育人,开辟卓越警务人才,要坚持校局合作、校校合作、校企合作与国际合作;创新卓越警务人才培养新机制,要构建“教研训一体化”机制,健全培养目标协同、“三阶段”实习与师资队伍协同机制;秉承传统,开拓创新,实现卓越警务人才培养新跨越。
Clear understanding of the new directions of transformation and development of police colleges calls for clarification of the basic attributes of public security education,school-running orientation and talents training objectives.Efforts need to be made to jointly cultivate talents through teaching-police operation integration.Development of excellent police talents calls for persistence in college-police organs cooperation,cooperation between colleges,college-enterprise cooperation and international cooperation.Innovation of excellent police talents training mechanism calls for construction of"teaching-research-training"integration mechanism,enhancement of collaboration in development of a sound training objective and three-phase internship and teaching faculty coordination mechanism with a view to achieving a new leap for training excellent police talents.
