摘要
采用亚氨基二琥珀酸四钠(IDS)替代亚氨基二磺酸铵(NS)作为配位剂在不锈钢表面电镀银。镀液组成和工艺条件为:AgNO_(3)35 g/L,35%(质量分数)IDS 750 g/L,(NH_(4))_(2)SO_(4)120 g/L,KOH适量,pH 8.5,温度(25±5)℃,电流密度0.3~0.5 A/dm^(2)。对比分别采用IDS和NS时镀层的外观、光泽、微观形貌和结合力。结果表明,使用IDS时所得银镀层外观更佳,结晶细致,结合力良好。
Tetrasodium iminidisuccinate(IDS)was used instead of diammonium imidodisulfate(NS)as a complexing agent for silver electroplating on stainless steel.The bath composition and process conditions are:AgNO_(3)35 g/L,IDS(mass fraction 35%)750 g/L,(NH_(4))_(2)SO_(4)120 g/L,KOH as required,pH 8.5,temperature(25±5)℃,current density 0.3-0.5 A/dm^(2).The appearance,gloss,microstructure,and adhesion of the silver coatings electrodeposited from the electrolyte containing IDS and NS respectively were compared.The results showed that the silver coating electrodeposited with IDS as complexing agent features better appearance,fine and compact crystal structure,and strong adhesion to substrate.
