摘要
就业是我国最大的“民生”问题,农村籍大学生毕业后就业压力大,有必要基于乡村振兴战略视角下,培养农村大学生的就业创业能力,为大学生创造更加广阔的平台,不断提升农村大学生就业竞争力,提高自身的专业技能,为社会稳定发展提供助力。本文就农村籍大学生就业现状展开分析,探究大学生面向农村就业的特点以及影响因素,基于乡村振兴战略背景下培养农村大学生就业创业能力的价值,并具体探究农村大学生就业竞争力培养的有效路径。
employment is the biggest"livelihood"problem in China.The employment pressure of rural college students after graduation affects the development of national education and causes social problems.Based on this,it is necessary to cultivate the employment and entrepreneurship ability of rural college students from the perspective of Rural Revitalization Strategy,create a broader platform for college students,and constantly improve the employment competitiveness of rural college students,Improve their professional skills to provide assistance for social stability and development.This paper analyzes the current situation of rural college students'employment,explores the characteristics and influencing factors of College Students'employment in rural areas,and the value of Cultivating Rural College Students'employment and entrepreneurship ability under the background of Rural Revitalization Strategy,and specifically explores the effective path of Cultivating Rural College Students'employment competitiveness.
