摘要
农业科研创新平台对于农业科研院所提高科技创新能力具有重要意义。文章以北京市农林科学院为例,阐述了该院科研创新平台建设的基本情况、主要做法与成效,并分析了存在的问题,提出了从增量向量质并举转变、从成果显示向创新要素转变、从建设硬件向建设软件转变、从关注条件建设向关注人才建设转变等加强科研创新平台建设的对策与建议。
Agricultural research innovation platform is of great significance for agricultural research institutes to improve their scientific and technological innovation ability.Taking Beijing Academy of Agricultural and Forestry Sciences as an example,basic situation,main methods and achievements of platform construction were expounded in the paper.Problems in platform construction were analyzed.Measures and suggestions for strengthening construction of agricultural research innovation platform were put forward,such as change from increment to quality improvement,from achievement display to innovation elements,from building hardware to building software,from paying attention to the construction of conditions to the construction of talents,etc.
