摘要
农业科技平台是开展农业科技活动的物质基础,提升农业科技平台管理效率和保障农业科技平台平稳运行是当前我国农业科技工作顺利开展的前提。文章总结了我国农业科研院所科技平台管理长期存在的一些问题,并从提高平台管理人员管理能力、制定科学管理制度、加强专业技师人才培训、加强平台硬件设施管理与维护、完善实验室安全管理、提高仪器设备使用率、加强平台内创新文化建设及学术交流活动等方面提出了具体建议,对加强我国农业科技平台管理、推动我国农业科技平台建设具有重要的借鉴意义。
Agricultural scientific and technological platform is the material base of agricultural scientific and technological activity. Promoting the efiqcieney of agricultural scientific and technological platform and ensuring it run smoothly and stably is an important premise of agricultural scientific and technological activity. Some problems of management of agricultural scientific and technological platform were summarized in this article. Besides, some specific suggestions were put forward to promote the construction of agricultural scientific and technological platform in our country, including improving the quality of managerial personnel, working out scientific management system, training professional laboratory technicians, maintaining internal hardware facilities, improving the management of laboratory safety, raising equipment utilization, strengthening the construction of innovation culture and academic communication, etc.
