摘要
跨学科复合型人才培养是科技创新与经济社会发展的迫切需要,是实现科学整体化、系统化的重要保证。从跨学科、复合型人才及创新的涵义入手,探讨了跨学科复合型人才培养与科研创新平台建设的相关性。从重大科研创新平台建设、交叉科研平台构建、科研平台管理机制规范以及跨学科轮训体系等方面对基于跨学科复合型人才培养的科研创新平台建设进行了实证分析。
Fostering interdisciplinary talent is of necessity for science and technology innovation and economic develop- ment. And it is a guarantee for the realization of science integration and systematization. The paper starts from the definition of interdisciplinary talent, and then explores the relativity between fostering interdisciplinary talent and building up research innovation platform. It also makes an empirical analysis of research innovation platform construction on the basis of fostering interdisciplinary talent from the following 4 aspects ： large - scale research innovation platform, cross - research platform, management mechanism for research innovation platform and interdisciplinary rotation system etc.
