摘要
现代农业信息化、智能化发展趋向和一二三产业日益融合,对"新农科"人才提出了更高的创新素质要求。不但要具备广博的"新农科"基础知识+人文修养+专业知识技能,而且富有引领时代的创新意识和创新精神,擅长非同寻常的创新性思维,做持之以恒的创业者和开拓者。培养学生创新素质的基本路径,在于高校规划培养、教师教学培养和学生自我培养三者同步实施,其中农业院校制定"新农科"人才培养方案、营造校园创新文化,专职教师转变教育观念、创新教学方法,学生本身自觉提升创新素质、养成创新思维习惯。
The higher innovation quality requirements are put forward for the"new agricultural science"talents with the trend of informatization and intelligent development of modern agricultural and the integrate with the first,second and third industries increasingly.We should not only possess the broad basic knowledge of"new science","humanistic accomplishment","professional knowledge and skills",but also have innovative consciousness and spirit to lead the times,be good at extraordinary innovative thinking,and be persistent entrepreneurs and pioneers.The basic path of cultivating students′innovative quality lies in the simultaneous implementation of university planning and training,teacher teaching and student self-cultivation.Agricultural colleges should formulate"new agricultural science"talent training programs and create campus innovation culture,and full-time teachers should change educational concepts and innovative teaching methods,students themselves should enhance the quality of innovation and develop innovative thinking habits consciously.
