情景模拟教学在妇产科住院医师规范化培训实践教学中的应用 被引量:12

摘要 目的:探讨情景模拟教学在住院医师规范化培训妇产科学实践教学中的应用效果。方法:选取在弋矶山医院住院医师规范化培训的妇产科2016~2019级学员共60人分成研究组和对照组,分别采用情景模拟教学和传统教学法,课程结束后进行理论和技能考核,比较两组学员理论和技能考试成绩,通过问卷星发放课程满意度调查表进行教学评价。结果:研究组理论考试成绩和技能考试成绩[(92.75±5.23)分、(94.15±4.62)分]均高于对照组[(85.62±4.15)分、(83.26±3.88)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组除理解理论知识外,其他各方面满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:将情景模拟教学应用于妇产科住院医师规范化培训的实践教学具有较好的可行性,能够提高教学效果和教学满意度。 Objective:To evaluate the effect of simulation-based curriculum in residents undergoing standardized clinical training program in obstetrics and gynecology.Methods:Sixty residents undergoing standardized clinical training program in obstetrics and gynecology in our hospital were recruited from 2016 to 2019,and allocated to observational group and control group.Students in the observational group received simulation-based training,and those in the control group were given conventional instructions.Tests on the theory and clinical skills were implemented in the two groups of students upon curriculum completion,and the scores were compared between groups.In addition,all subjects underwent questionnaire survey for evaluation of the satisfaction with the training and training outcomes.Results:The scoring on theory and clinical skills was higher in observational group than in control group[(92.75±5.23)points;(94.15±4.62)points vs.(85.62±4.15)points;(83.26±3.88)points,respectively,P<0.05].Questionnaire showed that satisfaction with the teaching was higher in observational group than in control group except for command on the theory(P<0.05).Conclusion:Simulation-based curriculum can be effective for residents undergoing standardized clinical training program in obstetrics and gynecology,and improve the teaching outcomes and satisfaction of the trainees.
