摘要
以CNKI与CSSCI两个数据库中的卫生人力资源为主题的论文为样本,运用CiteSpace计量可视化软件,从关键词突变、关键词聚类、关键词共现及文献共被引等方面,分析国内学界有关公共卫生人力资源问题的研究现状,发现相关研究均经历三个发展阶段,且都逐步从宏观的卫生人力资源的规划与分布过渡到微观的卫生人力资源管理。目前研究热点主要集中在卫生人力短缺、区域卫生人力资源配置及卫生人力资源管理三个方面,研究的领域与内容随着时间的推进不断得到扩展与深化。
By use of the samples of the papers with the subject of health human resources in CNKI and CSSCI,and metering visualization software CiteSpace,the paper analyzes the research status of the problems about public health human resources in the domestic academic circles from such aspects as keyword mutation,keyword cluster,keyword co-occurrence and literature co-citation.The results are as follows.The related study has undergone three development stages,and it has gradually shifted from the macroscopic plan and distribution of health human resources to the microscopic health human resources management.The present research hotspot mainly focuses on health workforce shortage,regional health human resources allocation,and health human resources management.The field and content of research continue to be expanded and deepened with the advance of time.
