摘要
目的:调查天津市医疗机构心理应急人力资源现状及存在的问题,为开展心理危机干预能力建设提供参考。方法:对天津市辖区医疗机构心理危机干预队伍建设、培训演练、精神科医生的数量及分布、事件处置经验进行自编问卷调查。结果:天津市医疗机构精神科医生城乡分布严重不均,市级心理应急干预队伍不便于管理和不能快速响应,人员流动性大、处置能力不足。结论:应构建以精神科医生为核心的“三位一体”心理应急团队模式和网格化心理危机干预队伍,完善队伍管理制度,保障经费投入,以实现天津市心理危机干预的可持续发展。
Objective:To Iniestigat analyse the current situation and problems of psychological emergency human resources in Tianjin and to provide the foundation for the subsequent capacity building of psychological crisis intervention.Methods:The total number of psychiatrists in the city was counted and distribution was analysed.The construction of psychological crisis intervention teams and training exercises were investigated.And the training exercises and event treatment experience of psychological crisis intervention personnel were investigated.Results:Uneven distribution of psychiatrists in urban and rural area is serious.Municipal psychological emergency intervention team is not easy to administrate and make quick response.The team members have high mobility and insufficient handling capacity.Conclusion:It is recommended to build a"trinity"psychological emergency team model with psychiatrists as the core,to build a gridded psychological crisis intervention team layout,to improve the team management system,to guarantee funding and finally to achieve sustainable development of Tianjin psychological crisis intervention.
