摘要
总结王有鹏教授治疗小儿泄泻风寒证的临床经验。王教授认为该病病因有内因和外因之分:内因责之小儿肺脾肾三脏不足,导致体内水湿泛溢;外因为小儿卫外功能不足或调护失当,致风寒外束。临证时运用经方葛根汤辨证加减,太阳阳明同调,内外同治,则泄泻自止。附验案1则,以资验证。
This paper summarizes professor WANG Youpeng’s clinical experience in using Gegen Tang(葛根汤)to treat diarrhea in children with wind-cold syndrome.Professor WANG holds that the etiology thereof includes internal and external cause:the internal cause is ascribed to the insufficiency of lung,spleen and kidney of the children,causing over-flow of water-dampness inside the body;the external cause is due either to weakness of exterior aspect or to improper aftercare,either of which incurs wind-cold fettering the exterior.In clinic practice,he uses the classic prescription Gegen Tang to modify based on syndrome differentiation,simultaneous regulates taiyang and yangming,simultaneous treats the interior and exterior,then the diarrhea will stop on its own.One proved case is attached for verification.
