摘要
目的:观察当归四逆汤加减治疗血虚风寒型银屑病患者的效果。方法:选取64例血虚风寒型银屑病患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组各32例。对照组予以卡泊三醇软膏治疗,观察组在对照组基础上予以当归四逆汤加减治疗,比较两组疗效、PASI评分、瘙痒程度视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、血管内皮因子(VEGF)水平、内皮素1(ET-1)水平和不良反应发生率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为96.88%,明显高于对照组的75.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组PASI评分、VAS评分、VEGF水平和ET-1水平均低于治疗前,且观察组明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:在卡泊三醇软膏治疗基础上采用当归四逆汤加减治疗血虚风寒型银屑病患者可提高治疗总有效率,降低PASI评分、VAS评分、VEGF水平和ET-1水平,效果优于单纯卡泊三醇软膏治疗。
Objective:To observe effects of Danggui Sini decoction on psoriasis patients with blood Deficiency and wind-cold type.Methods:64 patients with psoriasis of blood deficiency and wind-cold type were selected as the research objects,and were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,32 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Calcipotriol ointment,while the observation group was treated with Danggui Sini decoction on the basis of that of the control group.The efficacy,the PASI score,the pruritus degree,the visual analogue scale(VAS)score,the vascular endothelial factor(VEGF)level,the endothelin 1(ET-1)level and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 96.88%,which was significantly higher than 75.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the PASI score,the VAS score,the VEGF level and the ET-1 level of the two groups were lower than those before the treatment;and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group;those of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:On the basis of Calcipotriol ointment treatment,Danggui Sini Decoction in the treatment of the patients with psoriasis of blood deficiency and wind-cold type can improve the total effective rate of treatment,and reduce the PASI score,the VAS score,the VEGF level and the ET-1 level.Moreover,it is superior to single Calcipotriol ointment.
