摘要
目的:观察藿香正气散加减治疗小儿秋季腹泻的疗效。方法:选取我院收治的90例秋季腹泻患儿为研究对象,随机将其分成治疗组和对照组各45例。对照组采用思密达、金双歧治疗,治疗组采用藿香正气散加减治疗,对两组患儿治疗效果进行对比。结果:治疗组总有效率97.78%,明显高于对照组总有效率88.89%,两组数据差异显著,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患儿并发症对比,治疗组并发症发生率2例(4.4%)明显低于对照组7例(15.4%),两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:藿香正气散加减治疗小儿秋季腹泻疗效较好。
Objective： To observe the clinical effects of modified huoxiang zhengqi powders on pediatric autumn diarrhea. Methods： 90 cases of children with autumn diarrhea and treated in our hospital were selected as the researched objects,and randomly divided into treatment group and control group,45 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Smecta and Golden Bifid,while the treatment group was treated with modified huoxiang zhengqi powders. The therapeutic effects of two groups were compared. Results： The total effective rate of treatment group was 97. 78%,which was significantly higher than 88. 89% total effective rate of control group. The data differences between two groups were marked and had statistically significance（ P 〈 0. 05）. Compared with children’ s complications of two groups,the morbidity of complications in treatment group was 2 cases（ 4. 4%）,which was obviously lower than 7 cases（ 15. 4%） of control group; the difference between two groups was statistically significant（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： Modified huoxiang zhengqi powders for pediatric autumn diarrhea has better application effects,and can promote a speedy recovery of children with autumn diarrhea.
