摘要
中国“双循环”发展战略是在逆全球化浪潮和贸易保护主义抬头及新冠肺炎疫情全球“大流行”的情境下,为推动经济高质量发展,同时促进全球投资贸易循环的重要战略选择。在国家“双循环”发展新格局下,中国高等教育国际化必须重新调整策略,需要总结和反思高等教育国际化历史经验和教训,分析其内在发展规律和外在环境因素在高等教育国际化演化中的影响机制,把握未来的发展方向,探索新的发展路径。
China’s"Dual Circulation"development strategy is an important strategic choice to promote the high-quality development of China’s economy and the global investment and trade cycle in the context of anti-globalization,the rise of trade protectionism and the global"pandemic"of COVID-19.Under the new pattern of national"Dual Circulation"development,our country’s higher education internationalization must readjust its strategy.It is necessary to summarize and reflect on the historical experience and lessons of our country’s higher education internationalization,and analyze the influence mechanism of internal development law and external environmental factors in the evolution of higher education internationalization,grasp the future development direction and explore a new development path.
