摘要
在经济全球化、“一带一路”建设和生物技术快速更迭多重背景下,生物制药行业全球化是大势所趋,培养行业国际化人才满足国际市场需求,助企赢得国际竞争力,是高职院校顺应职业教育改革和职业教育国际化发展的必然选择。针对多所同类院校和江苏农牧科技职业学院办学实际情况,分析高职院校生物制药技术专业国际化人才培养的困境,借此提出专业国际化人才培养机制的优化对策,为高职院校生物制药技术专业国际化人才培养提供思路。
In the context of economic globalization,the construction of the Belt and Road Initiative,and rapid changes in biotechnology,the globalization of the biopharmaceutical industry is an inevitable trend.To cultivate international personnels in the industry to meet the needs of the international market and help enterprises win international competitiveness is an inevitable choice for higher vocational colleges to adapt to vocational education reform and international development of vocational education.Based on the actual situation of several similar colleges and Jiangsu Agri-animal Husbandry Vocational College,to analyze the difficulties of personnel's internationalized cultivation in the biopharmaceutical technology major in vocational colleges,and proposes optimization measures for the professional personnel's internationalized cultivation mechanism,providing ideas for the personnel's internationalized cultivation of the biopharmaceutical technology major in vocational colleges.
