摘要
提出了一种适应雷达研制模式的、面向三维设计模型的工艺设计与管理系统架构,从系统架构、建设思路、设计开发等方面开展了雷达数字化工艺设计与管理系统研究,实现以工艺物料清单为主线的工艺数据组织、以结构化为目标的工艺数据管理、以任务为驱动的工艺设计过程管理,并在雷达产品中进行了深入地应用与实践,满足了基于模型设计技术在雷达产品研制过程中的应用和日益提高的工艺管理要求,有效提升了雷达产品的工艺设计效率和质量。
The structure of a process design and management system based on the 3 D design model to adapt to radar development mode is put forward. The digital technology design and management system of radar is studied from the aspects of system architecture, construction ideas, design and development. The process data organization with process bill of material as the main line, the process data management with the goal of structuring, and task-driven management of process design are realized. The system is deeply applied and practiced in radar products to meet the application of model-based design technology in the development of radar products and the increasing requirements of process management and effectively improve the technology design efficiency and quality of the radar products.
