产品物料清单(BOM)作为产品生命周期的核心基础数据,涵盖产品研制过程涉及的全部物料,而工程设计物料清单(EBOM)、工艺产品物料清单(PBOM)、制造产品物料清单(MBOM)则展现了设计、工艺、制造各个环节的BOM状态。文章通过分析PBOM的构建原则、创建策略、管理方式、节点特性和工艺信息填写形式,探讨了产品PBOM的设计规范,对企业实施并行产品研发及实现一个实时、动态、一致和共享的数据平台具有指导意义。
As the hardcore data of the products, the bill of material (BOM) includes all material involved in product development. Engineering bill of material (EBOM), process bill of material (PBOM) and manufac- turing bill of material (MBOM) can reflect the BOM states in design, process and manufacturing. In this pa- per the design criterion of PBOM is discussed by system analysis about setting up principle and strategy, man- agement ways and means, node characteristics and writing method in process for PBOM, which is significant to implementation of parallel product development and realization of a real-time, dynamic, consistent and shared data platform.
