摘要
随着机械制造业自动化、数字化、智能化发展的不断推进,传统加工模式和工艺流程显露出诸多弊端,无法为自动化生产线提供可靠的数据支持。针对这一问题,进行了自动化生产线数字化工艺设计。介绍了自动化生产线的工艺阶段,分析了数字化工艺框架和数字化工艺流程,并进行了数字化工艺编制。通过仿真验证后,输出数字化工艺文件,用于自动化生产线的生产制造。
Along with the continuous advancement of the development of automation,digitization and intellectualization in the engineering industry,many disadvantages have been revealed in traditional processing modes and technological processes,and automated production lines cannot be supported by reliable data.In response to this issue,the digital process design for the automated production line was carried out.The process stages of the automated production line were introduced,the framework and flowchart of digital process were analyzed,and the digital process was compiled.After the simulation verification,the digital process file is output to the automatic production line for production.
